How secure is the parking facility?
Our facility is highly secure, featuring gated access, 24/7 surveillance to ensure the safety via 16 HD CAMS at all times. We prioritize the security of our clients’ trucks.
What are the check-in hours for parking?
Check-in is available daily from 7 AM to 7 PM, allowing you to access your parking space conveniently 24/7 with our app based gate access, which we set up during your Check-in. We recommend arriving during these hours to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Is there a limit on parking space availability?
Yes, parking space availability is subject to availability. We encourage you to contact us in advance several weeks in advance to reserve your spot and ensure you have a space when you arrive by prepaying.
Can I make a reservation for parking?
Yes, you can make a reservation for parking by contacting us directly at 702.665.2903. Booking in advance and pre paying is required as we do not have a drive up service due to our secure lot access and parking check in process 7am to 7pm. Please NOTE: once you decide to reserve and prepay for your space you will have 30 minutes to pay or your Reservation will be Dropped.
